• You are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes early as we do not have a waiting room.
• We operate as a paperless business: complete all online forms 48hrs before your visit or your appointment will be cancelled.
• A valid credit card is required for online booking to cover no-shows or late cancellations and to make direct billing easier.
• Email Money transfers are the preferred method of payment, please add cindyodonnell.ca@gmail.com to your e-transfer list.

Direct Billing & Insurance

• For all ALL insurance providers, I’ll email you a PDF receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.
• I do not provide direct billing for WorkSafe NB or MVAs. I’ll email you a PDF receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.
• Treatment reports are available upon request and are billed as a 60-minute session.

Late Cancellations

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Due to the high demand for 1:1 Sessions, cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full amount of the session as per our cancellation policy.

• ** It is required that all clients have a credit card on file**. If one is not on record, you will be asked to provide it at your next appointment. Alternatively, you can securely add your card at any time through the Jane app.
